Every realty employee will be provided with a PRT? 31 day pass every month. This will even apply to the maintenance people, and realty agent. Thus providing of a 31 day pass can allow the employee to use the bus network not only to get to and from to work, but for anytime, even in off hours. This means an employee can use the pass to go to the grocery store, or to an event. If they will be like me, there might be instances that they will have to go somewhere where parking rates are very high, and a bus trip will make more sense. This can all be done with a 31 day pass. The employee will receive the paperwork for PRT to process their Ready Fare Card with the 31 day pass. Since not every month has 31 days, there will be some extra days added to make sure the employee will always have a bus pass as long as they are working for FSP Realty.
