Electricity for houses, and storefronts are covered by the tenant. Nonetheless, the house rentals will benefit from having solar panels on the roof. For apartments, things will be different. Electricity is covered by the realty company, and therefore there will be electricity bills. The hope will be to combine all locations under one bill assuming that I would be a higher quality customer since I will be covering for electricity with a nearly a half dozen locations.
However, with that said, all of the features in the apartments will be implemented, and provide for a smaller electricity bill. With that said, I can honestly assume that the solar panels on the roofs of the buildings to be enough to cover for the electricity bill. Since the roofs are flat, there will be sun tracking panels which can double the solar hours available.
