All apartment buildings, and the realty office must have internet services. There are reasons noted in other pages, but internet is essential for proper operation of the building. House tenants are responsible for covering their own internet service. Each address in the apartment range will support at least one service. When possible Verizon FiOS? will be selected. Also when possible, a minimum of 1GBPS connection will be made. For the realty office’s address, and the employee housing, the internet service will be a 2GBPS + a 500MBPS cable internet service. The reason for these 2 locations to have dual internet services is for redundancy. This will apply for the telephony servers, and hosting servers. Since it is good to have at least 2 Name Servers, these 2 locations will have double the internet lines.
