Miscellaneous items will include paper, envelopes, coffee, creamer, postage stamps, toner cartridges. Basically, anything that the realty office might need, but doesn’t need its own itemized line item. With that said, the money set aside will build up until needed. The goal is to make sure the realty office runs properly, and effectively. Single purchase items such as telephones will be assumed to have been included with the cost of setting everything up.
