Telephone

I will seek for a few numbers. All of the numbers will end in 3774663. The first 3 digits will be different though. The 412 number will be the office number. During normal business hours, anyone calling this number should likely reach a receptionist who will take a direct the call. This number will be intended to provide the caller with the appropriate contact that they will need. An example is maintenance for maintenance issues. They will reach the realty agent for issues related to rent, or issues that would require the intervention of the agent. They will redirect the call to me when the issue can not be resolved by the other employees.

The 724 telephone number will be the fax line. All outgoing faxes will send out during normal business hours. However, the fax will receive anytime of the day. With the telephony server, the system will intercept incoming faxes, convert it to a fax, and then email the fax to me. I will either print the fax if it needs to be printed, or email the .pdf to the appropriate employee. This will allow the company to share the single fax line while assuring that everyone gets the faxes directed to them in a timely manner.

The 878 number will be a direct line to me. This number will not be disclosed to the public, but will ring eSIM-2 of my iPhone. If I find that this number is being abused, I will port it to the SIP provider that handles the incoming numbers, and set that number to ring to my voicemail box instead of ringing the phone. The caller will have no choice but to leave a message as that would be the only way I will know that they called.

The big issue will be to acquire the numbers. I will suspect that the current owners of these numbers will not just give the numbers to me. For that, they will sell me the number. Once the number ports to my provider(s), the arbitrator will send the check for the agreed upon amount. I will not disclose the reason of why I will want the number. I will suspect the numbers to cost a total of $75 for everything. The 412 and 724 numbers will be about $12, and the outgoing calling plan. The rest of the cost will be to the cellular line.
