FSP Realty will be responsible for water and sewage costs of every apartment building. This will be more than the normal house water bill as there will be multiple residences that would likely be using water at the same time. The water and sewage bill will be handled by Pittsburgh Water and Sewage Authority, and I will hope for some better pricing considering the number of apartments that I will be paying for. However, the accounting for that is not included in the pricing of the expense.
If a house tenant does not pay their water/sewage bill, this will then fall on the realty company as the property owner to address the bill. This could lead to an eviction of the tenant as it will violate the lease to not pay required bills.
