Any items that were in the apartment before you moved in will be the property of FSP Realty. If you for example took the WP810, then this will constitute as theft. Criminal and civil charges will be filed against. You would also lose your security deposit. Unless you are in an SRO?, there is not much you can steal from the realty company, but this condition still remains in place.
If you would like an item that is FSP Realty’s, then consider purchasing the same item or better from Amazon, or some other store. You would need to use your credit/debit card to purchase the item, but it will be yours, and you won’t be charged with theft.
