This house is a 2B/1b/1l house on a corner lot located in the city’s Troy Hill neighborhood. It isn’t as much of a money maker as the apartments, but the benefit to this is that I don’t have to worry about the utilities. There is no garage, so on street parking is the only option, but since this is a corner lot, you would be more likely to park next to the house. The rent collected is $1,250 which will be a small amount, but it will still help pay the bills. Since this is a smaller house, I will expect a family of 2-3 to acquire this rental. The neighborhood is also quiet which makes for an attractive feature for some.
