This space is smaller than the others in both length, and height. With that said, there will be a business on the first floor. This business will lose a little square footage for the public foyer, and elevator that would be in the front of the property. The second floor will be a 1BR apartment, and the third floor will be a studio. I am not a fan of the studio, but this space does not have enough space to provide for a 1 bedroom apartment with that said, the studio will be a large studio.

The store will be $2,500+utilities. The 1B apartment will be $1,750, and the studio will be $1,500. As with all apartments, these apartments will include most of their utilities. There will be no parking available for any tenant, so bus service will be essential.
