This building will have SROs?s exclusively. This is basically a sleeping room, and not much more beyond that. While not required to qualify as an SRO, all SROs in this building will have a ¾ bathroom. This is in my opinion something that should be standard with all SROs. The rooms will not have a kitchenette – otherwise, it will be an efficiency apartment.

The rooms are intended to providing a cheaper alternative for someone that would otherwise be homeless. The SROs will be $750/month, and if one needs a parking space, that would be an extra $150. This should make it easier for someone that needs a place. There will be a dormitory refrigerator which will provide a resource for cold foods such as lunch meat or the such. One disadvantage is the lack of a cooking appliance, but simply put, there is not enough room.

All utilities will be included. The room will also be furnished. There is however no option for cable TV since the room does not have a communications closet. With that said, if a tenant will want to watch premium television services, they will need to rely on IPTV?. The TV will be a Roku enabled TV, and will support all Roku apps including those required for IPTV
