This house is in the Mt. Washington neighborhood which is a sought after neighborhood due to all of the activity that one could supposedly endeavor for. The best thing in my opinion is the fact that this 2B/1b/1l house is a 15 minute walk from South Hills Junction which is served by many of the southern buses, and all of the T lines. There is also a 1 car garage in this location which will increase the value of the house. This is a good rental for a starter family, and something they could use until they grow out of the house. The rent income is $1,500+utilities. This is a small price, but better than the 1614-h house, and have more opportunities for transportation.
