All buildings will have solar panels on the roof. This will reduce the cost of your electric bill even though the electric will also replace gas. The goal is simple, and that is to reduce the bill, and with that in mind, you would be more likely to want to stay in your unit. Because of this, you would be more likely to pay your rent on time, and in full. All solar panels will face the south side of the building. This will mean you may not get as many solar panels as you would want, but I will make every effort to assure that the panels will be available even if it means replacing the roof with a flat rood.
There will also be at least one battery bank. Any electricity not consumed during the day will be stored here for when it is night time. During a power outage, you shouldn’t have to worry about the power going out. Power outages during the day will rely on the panels, and power outages during the night will use the battery bank, and the refill the bank during the daytime. Any excess electricity that the battery bank can not keep will be sent to the grid for kilowatt credits.
