Contact

There will be a number of ways one will be able to contact FSP Realty. This will include email, fax, telephone, and web. While web is not technically a contact means, they might get all of the information they will need without contacting FSP Realty, or if they do contact – with most of their questions answered.

Email

The URL? is fsp.homes. If I was to acquire the realty company, I will be able to afford a $400 per year for a more accurate domain while keeping this one. However, for now, we will assume fsp.homes which is the current URL. There will be a number of email? addresses that would be used to contact the appropriate employee. Each employee will get an email address of name@fsp.homes. Therefore, my email will be frank-pilone@fsp.homes. This is designed to be simple, and direct. You know who you are writing. In addition, there will be aliases that will also be acquired. agent@fsp.homes will forward to the actual email of the realty agent. help@fsp.homes will forward to the maintenance people. owner@fsp.homes will forward to me. contact@fsp.homes will be its own box that all receptionists will have access too. This is in addition to their standard address. Petnmaes will not be acceptable. You would never see anything like loverteddybear82475@fsp.homes. Email passwords will be defined by the employee, and if they should leave the realty, their email account will be revoked.

All email (incoming and outgoing) will be the property of FSP Realty. If you wish to correspond on a personal level, you would want to use your own personal email address. There are a number of free providers, and a few will also allow you to use an email client to correspond. Since you are required to have a notebook PC, you should only use your personal profile during your lunch break. Your computer should have a personal profile, and a work profile. You are required to have separate profiles for work policies.

Fax/Telephone

A SIP? server will be installed. This server will handle communications for the entire realty company. There will be 3 telephone numbers that would be in use, and likely have to buy the numbers from the current owners. These purchases will be included with the money to build out the realty company. The particular numbers will end in 377-4663 (FSP HOME). The 412 number will be the fax and voice line. When a call comes in, the server will pick up and listen for a fax tone. If it hears one, the server will collect the fax, and send it to the address that is necessary. If there is no fax tone, the the IVR will be played, and the tenant will make the necessary connections.

The 724 number will be a voicemail only number. I will move ownership of fsp.homes to the realty company, and will acquire another domain?. There will be a need for WHOIS contact information, and the 724 number will be the contact number for anyone needing to communicate. This will eliminate the issues with scammers scrubbing WHOIS records in finding numbers to ring. As with the 412 number, this number will also support faxes.

The 878 number will ring my extension during office hours. When ringing the extension, both the office phone, and a SIP client will ring. After hours, the caller will go to voicemail to where they can leave a message. If I check the voicemail, and it is something important, then I will call the tenant back. However, there is no guarantee that I will address the voicemail unless they select the maintenance emergency number from within the IVR.

Web

Though the web, there will be a domain? exclusively for the realty company. There will be no social media as these platforms are very limiting in what they can do when promoting the residences. I will hire a professional photographer to take pictures of all of the available residences, and those pictures will become the property of FSP Realty. I will also have a videographer take a walkthrough video of each residence. There will be many residences that would look the same. In which case, there will only need to be one per floor plan. Each location will have its own subdomain? which will be based on the ZIP+4+ a single number after the postal code. In example, an address might look like https://15203-1705-1.fsp.homes. By using this method, I will guarantee that each location will have its own website without it disclosing the address which will likely be longer than this system.
