Every bedroom, and office will have a safe. This safe will be a keypad, or biometric. However, all such safes will require a battery system since there is no electrical line going to outlet (although the space has been prepared for such). If you should let the batteries die, you would need to make a house call to get someone to open the safe for you. You must be present when they open the safe. You are responsible for any batteries you would need.
If you leave the apartment, and go to another place, any documents you have in the safe will be collected and shredded after 7 days of emptying and inspecting the apartment. If you wish to collect the documents you forgot, you must collect them at the office for that building. Once the documents are shredded, you can not get them. All documents are shredded to protect your privacy.
