All apartment buildings will have an elevator. The number of elevators will depend on space, and traffic. FSP Tower will definitely have more elevators than Kent Way Apartments. The main reason for this is a couple of reasons. Any building 5+ stories will need an elevator. Also, there might come a time when a member of the household is disabled, or elderly, and might not be able to climb from the ground floor to another floor. With that said, there will be elevators in all buildings no matter the regulation.
