There will be a few payment options available. The preferred option will be to use Rent Payment. When using a bank account (not a debit card), then there will be no charge for drawing on your bank account. I will go into all of the options on this page.
Cash
You can pay with cash by going to FSP Realty’s office. You would make the payment with the receptionist that would handle your payment. The receptionist will count the money in front of you and then put that money into a safe. The receptionist will then write out a rent receipt. Cash can not be handled by the apartment manager.
Check
You can drop off a check within the office. This will allow you to write the check, and make sure it arrives to FSP Realty on time. You could also mail the check, but there is no guarantee that it would be received in time. When dropping off in the management office, all checks will be collected on the 5th of the month. Since the payment is due by the 3rd, this should assure that you paid on time.
Kiosk Payemnt
If paying with a card, then you would use the kiosk to make a payment. This will assure that you can pay your rent when other options are not easily available. There is a 5% surcharge for paying with a card. This is to help pay for the charges associated with making the card an option. If your portion of the rent is $100, then you would be charged $105 for the payment.
Postal Money Order
You can drop off a postal money order at the management office. No other money orders will be accepted. If another money order is received, you would receive the money order back with a note that postal money orders are the only ones accepted. You would be responsible for dealing with that money order.
Rent Payment Account
With the help of the realty office, you can have a Rent Payment account setup. This account will automatically take your money out on the date you set. Thie will show against your account the next business day. This is an automatic way of paying your rent. You would be able to log in to make any changers, the renalty off will just email your the UID, and password along with the URL.
