With exception of home based businesses, there is a no business policy. You aren’t allowed to take customers in to meet with you at home. This is to keep traffic to tenants, guests, and visitors. If you for example make business cards, then you can make all of the business cards you want, and send off the packages. However, if a customer wants to come to see you about making a business card, then this will not be allowed. Your home business can not use any machinery or processes that would cause undue noise level for the neighbors. If there are complaints, then you violated this policy, and will likely face an eviction notice.
