The residence will have an HAI Panel. You can see your usages that has went through the residence. This will include electricity and water. On a more important note, the HAI panel will be used to assign new digital keys to the residence. This diigital key could be yours, or another member of the family. You could also assign digital keys to people you know, but don’t want them unlimited access to your residence. For example, a dog walker might be allowed weekdays between 9AM and 12PM, but no more. This will mean the dog walker can not enter the residence on a Sunday at 2AM. If a person needs a digital key, it will fall on your responsibility (including payment) for the key fob for the person you need to give a digital key too.
