There are two options for applying. You could create an account to automatically fill in the information you provided. This is really good when applying for an apartment, and/or a job. To apply for a job, you would go to https://jobs.fsp.homes/. There will be pages for each position that would need to be filled, along with the qualifications that you would need. Obviously, you can choose any job position as long as you qualify for that position.
For apartments, you can apply online, by email, or by mail. All of these options are designed to make your life more convenient in the application process. When applying online, you will fill out the form in its entirety. This is essential, and the form will not proceed until you filled out everything. Once you submitted a completed application, you will be given a queue number. You can look online to see where you are in the queue. If you are number 65 and the apartment is being proposed to 24, then you have a way to go. If FSP Realty was to have a second building, then you would want to select all of the buildings you would wish to live in.
If you don’t want to fill out the online form for any reason, you can request an application via email. You will receive an editable .pdf file which you would fill out using a computer or you can print and write in the details. If you choose to write the details, you can either scan the completed application, or mail it to FSP Realty. Typing in a .pdf file will be more conveneint, but may not be a possibility for someone suffering from some disabilities. If you hand write your application, print rather than script. Printing will give better assurance of the information to be accurately entered into the system.
You can also request an application to be mailed to you. You would receive the application, and a self addressed envelope. You would be required to provide for postage. The application will be mailed to the realty company, and FSP Realty will not be responsible for lost applications. Once the application is entered into the system, FSP Realty will email you the queue you are in.
