This page will go into details of the application process. There will be two options. One if for applying to rent, and the other is to apply for work. Since both applications will be in this website, they will have a single location for where thy can apply. It won’t make sense to have a unique application for each apartment when new ones are acquired.
The process will start by asking what unit size the will need (SRO?s to 4B apartments). Once you defined which apartment you are looking for, you will be able to apply for the building(s) that will meet the requisites. The Tower will support the number of bedrooms applying for. If you are in need of an SRO, and tower 2 doesn’t have any SROs in the building, then you will not see that building as an option to select. You will provide all of the information. Nothing is optional, This means you will need a telephone number, and an email address. Once your application has been filed, you would receive a queue number. This is in relation to the last person issued an apartment. If you applied for 2+ types of units (such as SRO – 1B), then you would receive the number of numbers based on the application process. The smaller the space, the quicker you will likely have to receive. the apartment. There are additional details. Once the person before you starts to move out, you will receive an email stating that you are next in line, and to be prepared for a phone call in the near future. Keep in mind of the policies you have to be aware of such as no smoking inside. Once you move in, you can reapply for a larger space. You would be given priority with regards to the queue.
For jobs, you would select which position you are interested in. You will see the requirements that you will have to meet. If you can fulfill those requirements, then continue on. You would apply for the position, and I will review your application, and communicate with you via email if I have any additional questions, and to set up an appointment. Please, only apply for 1 position at a time. You can make your insterets known when I communicate with you via email. Since job applications are so fluid, there is no wait list as there are with the apartments.
