You are not allowed to smoke indoors. This includes the unit you are living in. If you wish to smoke, you must go outside. You are also responsible for properly disposing of the butts. This does not include flicking the butt out onto the street. If you are prescribed marijuana for health reasons, then you can take marijuana in pill form. It is not as unclassy as smoking, but it is a suitable and an indoor allowed activity. If you have a balcony, this is technically outdoors, but again – you must properly dispose of your butts.
