No Deceptions

In order to have a good business relationship, there is to be no deception one either end’s part. You as the tenant would want the realty company to be completely honest, the same holds true that the realty company will want you to be completely honest. If you are found to be lying, or deceptive, then you could face an eviction notice. One example will be reporting pest problems. If you found cockroaches for example, you would need to contact the realty company immediately to report the problem. If not, then this problem can spread to other apartments and cause an infection which can cost thousands of dollars to address.

This is just one example, other issues can be also be applied. Another example is failure to provide change of contact information such as email? or telephone. Again, you are required to provide this information when the change happens. This way, the realty company can reach you if there is something that the tenant might need to know about.
