The perimeter of the apartment will be encased in closed cell spray form insulation. This is a thermal break insulation. It also keeps the indoor temperature indoors. It is also a sound barrier.The internal walls will just use padded foam insulation. The spray foam insulation will have 150% of minimum requirements even if this means a larger permeter wall.
