The windows will be one-way triple pane argon filled glass windows. This is a mouthful, but I will provide the information you would need to know. One way glass is when you look outside the windows, but those on the outside will only see their reflection in the window. This is done for privacy measures. The exception to this will be the management office’s windows. Triple Pane, and Argon filled are insulation measures to reduce the temperature inside from escaping into the outside. Since you can’t spray foam a windows, there will be some temperature loss, but the aforementioned featured will reduce that escape, and make for insulation. Even if you don’t pay for heating, this is a quality of life issue.
