The flooring throughout the building will be bamboo flooring. This is slip resistant like wood, and will look a lot like wood. This will give a luxurious look and feel. There will be no carpeting. Instead, the perimeter of the residence will be encased with closed cell spray foam insulation which is not only a thermal break for temperature, but also a sound barrier. With that said, you shouldn’t have to listen to your neigbors walking along the floor that you might otherwise fear.
