In each apartment, there is a laundry closet (except SRO?s) with a stacking single load machines. The bottom machine is the washer, and top is the dryer. However, in the basement, there will at least be 3 double load washers, and 3 double load dryers. This will likely be overkill in most buildings, but these machines will be around nonetheless. Each single load machine is $2.50 per load, and the double load machines is $4.00 per load. All charges will be totaled, and charged as one charge which is good if you are charged a per transaction fee.
