If you come up with a problem, you must report it immediately. This will be especially true with dangerous conditions. You would dial the building’s number, and select 0. If you received voicemail, leave a message, and this will let the manager know that you have an emergency, and therefore addressed as necessary. In all emergencies, the building manager is required to keep you up to date with knowledge of how the problem is being resolved.
If the issue is not an emergency, but still a problem, then you would want to send an email to the building’s email address. This email address is based on the subdomain for that building. For example, FSP Tower’s web address is https://tower.fsp.homes, and the email address will be tower@fsp.homes. This is designed to simplify things, and the email will go to the manager of that building.
