For the other apartments, each apartment will be given an SSID of their unit number and their unit number-g. For example, apartment 3201 will be 3201 and 3201-g.
All Ethernet lines will run to the communications closet within the office. They will then connect to a patch panel, and then to the switch. From the switch, they will connect to the network server, and then the internet. The apartment will have an wifi? access point for connecting all wifi hardware to the LAN?.
All television will be handled by a coaxial connection. With exception of the penthouse, the coaxial lines will either be connected to Verizon, or Xfinity. If the tenant does not wish to use a cable subscription, then it would be recommended that they acquire a Tablo, and use the app to watch OTA? channels.
