Employees will have a month-month lease unless they are a subsidized housing tenant. Subsidized housing tenants are yearly for their lease. SRO?s will also have a month-month lease. For subsidized housing options, the lease will last for one year. The second lease will last until December 31. A new lease with the new Fair Market Rent will be required on January 1. All tenants will receive notice of any increases in FMR. If the tenant is found to violate their lease, they can face a 30 days eviction notice. After the 30 days, their key will no longer work.
