Rent is due by the 5th of the month. This allows anyone with income in the first few days of the month to pay their bill on time. FSP employees are paid on the 1st of the month. Your rent can be paid electronically through Rent Payment, postal money order, check, or cash if going to the office during normal hours. Do not drop cash off unless you are handing it directly to the employee. This is for your protection. Rent Payment is likely your best option as you have nothing to worry since money is coming out of your bank account the day after you told them to pay the rent. If you provide a money order other than the USPS money order, it will be returned. Your rent will be unpaid, and you would be responsible for dealing with that money order.
