Rent Payment Service will be preferential. You rent is automatic with no effort on either’s part, and the transaction will show in your account the next day. This is best when you have a checking account. If you have to use a card, then the kiosk will be your best option. The card processor charges 5%, and this will be just a cost of doing business. HUD will either send a single check, or do electronic transfers.
