Welcome to my realty site. This site will go into detail of what I would do If I Had $50,000,000. This will assume that my inventory of properties including the renovation/construction work to total to $35,000,000 – therefore leaving $15,000,000 for any of my other needs. This will include the apartments that I will have. I will also need employees that would support me for a paycheck, and support benefits.

If I was to have this realty company, I will acquire a new much more expensive domain for the realty office. This will match the name of the realty company much better, but will continue to have fsp.homes as a domain for use. This domain will likely forward to the realty company’s new website, and the only clue I will give is it will be an fsp domain name.

As for location, the realty company will be located at 1019 E. Carson St which is in the ZIP code of 15203. This address will be close to buses, and convenience store options, however, the is only paid street parking available. Still, most of the tenants I will be targeting will likely not have an automobile which is one of the reasons that they ar looking for a place that is close to the bus lines.
