Welcome to my Realty Site. This site will go into detail if I was to acquire enough money to buy more properties than just my own residence. This will link with If I Had $25,000,000 site. I will assume that I will be able to acquire 12 buildings. There will be 46 buildings that would host apartments. Three of those buildings will have storefronts on the first floor – two of which will be for my other businesses. There will also be 6 houses in the inventory for those that will prefer to live in a house.

I am not a realtor, so I don’t know the going prices of properties based on the ZIP codes that I will invest in. However, I will charge fair market rent, and target Section-8 tenants. The goal will be to get people that could be on the streets to not go on the streets because they can’t find an affordable place to live and/or the property owner will not accept Section-8. When I will acquire a building, I will gut it, and then renovate to a place that I will be happy to live in. It will be more than just a place to live, but it will be well beyond the quality of many Section-8 housing I came across. I will focus on quality, safety, and security for all of my addresses.

You will find a great deal of information within this site. If you are someone that knows about Section-8, you will agree with me that this is above and beyond what is required. With that said, I will be sure that I will have 100% occupancy within a few months of marketing the units. I will also try to stay in relatively safe neighborhoods. It will be likely that I will have a maintenance person, and I wouldn’t want to worry about him getting mugged for his automobile at 2AM handling a toilet issue.
