The building does not use an old fashion key and lock system. Instead, you would either use a digital key in your NFC enabled phone, have an RFID tag in your hand, or borrow a keyfob from management. The key fob is $50, and your $50 will return to you as long as the fob is in good condition. Once you leave FSP Realty, your digital key will no longer work for any of the buildings. If you move to another building, then your digital key will transfer to allow you into your new unit of your new building. During the moving, and cleaning process, you would have access to 2 apartments. However, you must report when you leave the former unit immediately.
