Now, when it comes time to enter the building, check your mailbox, and enter your apartment – you can just use the digital key in your phone, or watch. If you have the discretionary spending, and will to go through the procedure, you can get an RFID tag inserted into your hand. Use your current digital key you set up with FSP Realty, and assign the RFID tag as the administrator account.
There will be no physical key option. If you are opposed to the digital key, you would have to look for a place to live elsewhere. The digital key will be the future of rentals, and will be something you would soon not be able to avoid. If you lose your digital key, you can go to your residence’s public foyer, and dial 0. This will send you to a voicemail number for the manager. When you leave a message, there will be a pager that set off a loud peircing sound. This will wake the manager and they can listen to the voicemail. Someone will come with a key fob to let you in. You must make sure your ID card has your FSP Realty address on it. If a neighbor allowed you in, you can call from their residence. If you have another digital key, you won’t need a key fob. Once you get a new digital key, then you can take a trip to the management office, and return the key for your $50 to be returned to you. Consider a smart watch, or an RFID tag in your hand if affordable.
