There will be a laundry closet. This will be an all electric stacking machines. The dryer will be on top. Even though the machines are in your residence, they will still be a paid machine. Instead of using cash or tokens – you would use your NFC enabled credit/debit card. All transactions between 12AM – 11:59PM will be combined into one charge. If you benefit from lower number of charges, this will benefit you. All single load machines are $2.50 per load, and dryer runs for 60 minutes.
