Every building will have a kiosk system. This system will allow you to pay your rent using a credit/debit card. You will be charged an additional 5% on your bill to cover for the surcharges that your bank will charge. The kiosk can be avoided by using Rent Payment services.
I will also like to work with PRT? to allow the tenant to add funds or passes to their fare card. From the best of my knowledge, PRT will eat the charges from your bank for using your card. If this can work out, then you would be able to add to your fare card before having to go out to take your bus. This process should happen instantaneously.
