You are responsible for any intentional damage. If you put holes in the wall, break the oven, or anything else of the sort. You would lose your security deposit, and criminal charges will be filed against you. You wouldn’t want someone to break your property, well FSP Realty wouldn’t want you to break its property. Any damages must be repaired, and this means the unit can not be leased out until the repairs are made. In the meantime, a household that would benefit from the apartment you were in will have longer to wait. This is not fair, right, or necessary.
