FSP Realty will attempt to acquire an exchange with the local phone company. An exchange are digits 4-6 on an US telephone number. In this domain?, I will assume that the exchange will be 555. This particular one will not be the case as 555 is typically reserved for fictional numbers. Since the exchange will be acquired, the subscriber number (7-10) will be mine to decide how to address. I will also have to pay for the services for that number. I will assume that each number will be $2 which is $20,000 per month since there will be 10,000 telephone numbers. This ridiculously high number count will be important even though most numbers will not. be used. Instead of noting the entire fictional phone number for each line, I will just note the last four digits. Since I will own all of the numbers, I will be in charge of setting any ports that a phone number might have. If the bill is not paid for any reason, then the number will go back to the phone carrier which will then return my number to me since I am paying $20,000 per month for the numbers.

Public Foyers
The public foyer will have the public doors on one side, and the private doors on the other side, In the foyer, there will be a wall mounted telephone. Above the telephone will be a directory of everyone that wishes to disclose their apartment number to anyone in the public foyer. When someone wants the attention of the resident, they will lift the handset up, dial the apartment number, and make the call. The caller ID screen will show the 0000 number as the calling number. This will apply in either the front or rear public foyers.
In the front public foyer, there will be a door to the management office. You can get the attention of the manager by ringing the door bell. There will be applications that would be available for anyone to take without needing to speak with anyone in the office, or making a phone call. In the rear public foyer, this will be between the elevators, and parking bays for the APS?. Again, in either instance, the number calling will be 0000.
If someone was to call 0000, they will be prompted to dial the extension. In this case, they will dial the apartment number. No matter which instance, any 3 digit apartment number will have a preceding 0. In example, 701 will be 0701.
01xx
These numbers are the business store fronts. These numbers are an exception of showing the realty office’s number. Therefore, when the PMB calls you, you will see 555-0130 as the calling number. This is because the businesses are not directly related to the realty company, and if I didn’t own these businesses, they will have to acquire their own telephone number from their preferred SIP landline provider.
Office
The office will have a standard number, and an extension only number. This will be relatively the same, and will provide for resources that you would need. This number will be 611. Therefore, dialing 611 from your apartment’s phone will connect you with the realty office, or my line after hours. When you dial +1 412 555 0611, the same effect happens. This is partially due to the fact that there will be no apartment 611. This is because the apartments start on floor 7 with floors 2-6 being the APS?.
Apartments
Every apartment from the simplest of SRO? to the most loaded penthouse will have a home telephone line. This is included with the rent, and you may use the number as you see fit. You can ask the realty company to turn off your apartment’s telephone number, and any calls will get a Not in Service error message. The number is the same as the apartment number with a 0 prepended to the SROs. Therefore apartment 701 will be 0701.
Penthouse
Any number starting with 42 or 43 will be reserved for the Penthouse. This will allow me to have a maximum amount of flexibility that would be intended to provide the numbers that would be needed, and serve the people of the penthouse. I will have access to the number management system which will allow me to activate numbers as I see fit.
9751
If I was to acquire my Ideal Phone Setup, I will have 3 numbers that will have the last 4 digits as 9751. While the exchange (4-6) will be different, that will be the only difference when compared to the home phone. Both home phone numbers will begin with 412, and end in 9751.
Elevators
There will be a number of various elevators and state law requires that the elevator has an active telephone line so someone call call the maintenance service representative and let them know of the issue with the elevator. These numbers will likely never be used, but they will still be used for the elevators.
My Work Lines
No matter the first digit of the subscriber number, if the last 3 digits is 377, then you would be calling me. This means you can dial 0377 or 9377 and still reach me. I will decide how these numbers are distributed. This will allow me to have flexibility, and choices which is important since I am the owner of the realty company. This range of numbers will in no way interfere with the apartment numbers. This is because there are at most 60 apartments on a floor, and more likely 22 apartments. In either case, that is not 77.
