Employees will not do their work for free, and nor should I expect them to. Each employee will receive a salary depending on their position. They will have the opportunity to increase their salary every 6 months depending on the quality of work they do. An employee will be paid on the 1st day of every month, and preferably by direct deposit into their checking account. This will assure that their check does not get lost, and there are no problems with the check. The money will enter their bank account at or around 6AM.
The cost of employees are the single largest expense of the realty company. This will assume the cost of 4 receptionist, 2 maintenance, and an agent employees as well as a paycheck for myself. The reason for giving myself a paycheck will be to assure that the money I take from the business will be above board. Since I personally own the building I will be living in, I will account for my own property taxes, and costs related to that building.
