This section will include all of the features that would be available with all buildings. This will include not only the apartments the realty has built, but any vacant lots for houses, and abandoned houses. Due to the complexity of having multiple buildings with few households, there will be a limit on the number of houses that would be owned by FSP Realty. Simply put, it is more expensive to support 1 family in a whole building that the maintenance person will have to go to in order to provide support. With that said, there will be very few houses available.
