All apartment buildings will have a public foyer. This is the space between the exterior doors, and the entry doors. In most of the public foyers will be the building’s office door. The office may not have staff available all of the time. In that regards, a tenant should call the realty office. This door will remain lock at all times. If there is someone inside, the door will buzz to let you in. Next to the office door will be something that would look like a wall mounted hotel phone. This phone will be integrated into the wall. To call the office, one would always dial 0. Otherwise, the visitor will dial the unit number of the person they wish to speak. They will hear a phone ring, and if not answered, it will go to voicemail. When calling a 3 digit apartment number, you must prepend a 0 into the apartment number (Scub as 0906).
There is no loitering in the public foyer. I understand there is a housing crisis which is why I will have this realty company to provide for subsidized housing, but loitering is against the law, and can make some tenants uncomfortable about getting into their apartment. FSP Realty’s policy will be to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
