All apartments will have a public foyer. This is the space between the exterior doors, and the lobby doors. Each foyer will have a door for the management office, and a wall mounted telephone so the visitor can call the tenant to gain entry. When someone needs to call the building manager after hours will dial 0 on the phone in the public foyer. During the IVR announcement, dial 0 again, and the system will send the caller to voicemail. The manager should be able to come and address the issue within 30 minutes. However, this will constitute as a house call, and if you need a new key card because of loss, then you would have to pay $50 for the new card.
The public foyer will always be lit. People will not be allowed to sleep in the public foyer. I do understand the homelessness situation, and I will like to hope that FSP Realty will provide a positive contribution to resolving the homelessness situation, but there can not be people living in the public foyer.
