You are not allowed to perform any illegal activity while in the building, or on the building’s property. This includes drug dealing, weapons dealing, prostitution, or anything else that is illegal in Allegheny County Pennsylvania in the United States. If you are arrested, and convicted of performing illegal activity, you will be issued a 30 day eviction notice that will be provided at your door, and by email. This does not matter if you are in jail or prison during that time, and this will affect your family.
You will also have a 10 year ban from applying or entering any of FSP Realty’s properties. If your family hasn’t been convicted, they will still be allowed to apply, but if you are on the site for the next 10 years after conviction date, they can jeopardize their tenancy.
