Amy building owned by FSP Realty will have at least one elevator. A 15 unit building is much smaller than a 100 unit building. However, for now – FSP Realty will only have the Tower. The design will allow for the most possible elevators including 1 freight elevator which will be good for moving. There will also be a black elevator that is an express elevator to my Penthouse. Someone might scream unfair, but I would own the building, and realty company, and if I want a private elevator, then I can afford a private elevator.
