Usually the water provider is also the sewage provider. Since I won’t know where in Allegheny County that the residence will be located, I won’t know for sure who the provider will be. Nonetheless, the sewage bill will be the responsibility of the realty company. You as the tenant don’t necessarily pay sewage in other apartments, so this is nothing special. The sewage bill will be a bit high with more than 100 units, but it will still be covered as any other line item with the budget of FSP Realty.
